Annual Sports & Education Dance
The tradition continues! A night dedicated
to the showcase the accomplishments of the Community's scholars
and atheletes. The 4th Annual Sports Dance was an overwhelming
success with close to 500 in attendance! Local youth received
awards for their academic achievements and athletic accomplishments.
The winners of the Community's scholarships were:
High-school graduate scholarship - Ms. Vanna Lymberopoulos ($500)
Post-Secondary scholarships - Ms. Maria Kavouras ($1,000)
Ms. Litsa Beciaris ($500)
Congratulations to all the winners! After the awards presentation,
we had the honour and priviledge to have directly from Greece,
PAMELA entertain the crowd! The "kefi" went on all night long!
A great time had by all!!
